The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The ld98 website and all associated digital services operated under the domain https://ld98.cam.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is browsing the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total of deposits, winnings, and bonuses available in a user's account.

• "Wagering Requirement" — The specified multiplier indicating how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable.

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If ld98 detects the existence of multiple accounts, it reserves the right to immediately close all accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ld98 is committed to preventing underage gaming. After registration and before any withdrawal, a user may be required to submit one of the following documents to verify their age and identity:

• Valid Passport
• Birth Certificate (where applicable)

If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, and the name must match the account.

KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. This bonus can be received once only and will be added automatically with the first successful deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable after wagering 10 times the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The ld98 VIP program has five tiers, each with a different weekly cashback rate:

• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your participation on the platform. Individual terms apply to each bonus and cashback offer.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was offered.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• ld98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent or bonus-only gaming behavior is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

• Attempting to manipulate game results by colluding with other users.

• Spreading threatening, offensive, or false information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8.1 Suspension by ld98

ld98 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of a minor's identity being used is found.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time. If there are no pending withdrawals at the time of the request, any valid balance will be returned. Bonus balances will be cancelled upon account closure.
